The inner surface is smooth without crepe and the surface area to which the coffee grounds are attached is reduced. More fruity fragrance can be extracted with the unique flow rate created by the inner smooth surface and the crepe outer surface allows the coffee to flow smoothly to the filter paper to the server. The high density of the filter paper also removes impurities and prevents grounds from getting through, ensuring a clean and more aromatic coffee.
This filter paper helps perfectly extract the flavour out of light roasted coffee beans. With the help of density, thickness and wrinkle of the filter paper the coffee will be more bright and aromatic.
